From disrupting culture to embracing your dissenting voice, I am celebrating the relentless need to question the way things work

I always feel a bit sad at this time of the year with the end of summer/falling into autumn. I am not one of those people who rejoice at the opportunity to layer up and the advent of the winter season.

This summer has undoubtedly been one for the records. Covid-19 speeding up the pace of CHANGE in many aspects of life and Black Lives Matter making the status quo of racial inequality unacceptable in all areas except perhaps, business leadership.

But then again, the slightly sarcastic in me says: why should it be different to all other aspects of diversity (Women on boards or lack of them comes to mind)?

Time for Change – Be the Change

I believe in taking personal responsibility for the change I want to see. Therefore, I feel privileged to have my platform to proactively drive at least a tiny bit of change agenda and spread positivity (mindset is everything; it is all in your head, after all).
