With an in-depth knowledge of Organisational Design, Transformation, Change and TUPE, we have successfully researched, re-designed and implemented fit-for-purpose, sustainable and scalable Target Operating Models to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, to reduce operating costs and minimise liability, whilst supporting business growth and plans within both the Private and Public Sectors in customer and target driven B2Bs and B2Cs environments (FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Media, Pharma). We have succeeded in making a successful presence in the third sector as well, working for social enterprises contracting with local Government representatives.

We provide guidance and leadership across the full HR remit, including resource planning, talent management, learning and development, engagement and retention, reward, employee relations and diversity, ensuring a tailored yet consistent delivery of all HR activity. 
With our team of associates, we are experienced in providing support in Trade Union negotiations with successes in renegotiation of Union Agreements, pay negotiations, alignment of previous acquisitions/contracts, resolution of strike application and agreement of standardised T&C/C&B, whilst controlling media exposure.
