ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: 30 days to a more powerful self-image – it is safe to risk rejection – it is part of the process
Write for Your Life Day 26 - I Can Always Afford To Take Chances.
Albert Einstein said: “If you never failed, you never tried anything new” and then Tony Robbins added: “Success is the result of good judgement. Good judgment is the result of experience. Experience is the result of bad judgment”.
Bottom line: you need to take chances and then learn.
It is safe to take chances and risk rejection and/or failure. And this is the lesson for Write for Your Life Day 26: taking chances is the path to success. And the more chances, the more experience, the safer you are.
Simple non?
Short and sweet today but ever so insightful, if I say so myself. Now go on and practice the affirmation. Yes, that’s right, practice. Repetition is the mother of all skills and it takes practice to master any skill. It is 30 days to a more powerful self-image. It is a “Rinse and Repeat”. Not “Wash and Go”. And to be a writer you defo have to write. Write for your life. Pardon the pun.
See you tomorrow x

The Affirmation is from Write for Your Life – The Home Seminar For Writers by Lawrence Block. Share your experience if you have read the book and practised the affirmations before. I learned about this book from Pam Grout in E-Squared. What about you? How did you find out about the book? if from me, you’re welcome 🙂
