ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist #SmashYourCeiling #SundayReads – tell your story

Once Upon A Time… “When We Fail To Tell Our Story, We Lose A Part Of Ourselves,” Says Pam Grout in Art & Soul Reloaded.  What About You? Don’t You Have A Story To Tell?

It is week 22 of my yearlong apprenticeship for summoning the muses and reclaiming my bold, authentic self following in Grout’s footsteps.

OK, I skipped last week as I am currently trying to work out my best blog posting frequency/schedule and understand how relevant/interested people are in my life experimentation ( at least this one).

But this week’s topic transcends just art/experimenting with my passion – it is about telling our story.

Stories connect us to ourselves and one another, says Grout. I have always been reluctant to tell mine: this reminds me of my personal law  and the affirmation from Write For Your Life – The Home Seminar For Writer by Lawrence Block:

“It’s safe for me to reveal myself in my work” –  [The more you let people know you, the more they love you. The less you keep to yourself, the more you have to give. Your Real Self is worth knowing.
My Memes you see were: It is not safe to reveal myself to others and Am I Good enough (to do…)?].

It seems everything in the Universe is conspiring to make me open up – perhaps is a sign?

What about you? Do you have a story to tell?

Once upon a time …
