The PeopleAlchemist Edit: change & transformation, business & lifestyle experimentation for TheWomanAlchemist – behind the scenes – promotions in may
Hello there, and welcome back to the April Behind the Scene blog.
April has been a slow(er) and easy month so far, with Easter bang in the middle of it, ending the translations of my contemporary romance books and getting ready for the new long Bank Holiday Weekend in May.
NON-FICTION
I have started writing non-fiction again, getting ready to submit the manuscript for my collaboration with Bookboon – the e-learning business platform. I have a book deal for four books about Knowledge Transfer from four perspectives: Leaders, managers, employees and human resources.
Going back to non-fiction means going back to writing more linearly (as opposed to writing in the dark, which I did for fiction). Outlining the journey from A to Z to support the reader’s learning.
The first ebook I am currently writing is “How to Drive Innovation Sustainability and Engagement with Knowledge Transfer” (for Leaders). Followed by the second ebook in the series is “How to Manage a Successful Knowledge Transfer Plan (for Managers). And then “Effective ways to Knowledge Transfer within your organisation and build sustainability and engagement (for Human Resources) – this in the series.
Finally, the last ebook in the series, ” What is Knowledge Transfer and How it affects me” ( for Employees).
PROMOTIONS IN MAY
In the meantime, to celebrate King Charles’s coronation and the long Coronation Weekend, I am running a Kindle countdown deal on The Nine Lives of Gabrielle (English version ) and Le Nove Vite di Gabrielle (Italian version) – the perfect romance story for a fabulous weekend.
