Women on Boards, or lack of them, is still a current topic – if you are looking at top global companies worldwide, women in leadership represent 12% of total staff (depending on what research is taken into consideration and the number of companies surveyed). Each year we go around the same merry-go-round, new legislation, new pledges, new campaigns and there we go again….
Cultural, religious and family paradigms have certainly played a part, so has sexism, racism, ageism and all other -isms out there...
You know what? It is time to STOP IT!!!
