1. Retained Outsourced HR andNon-Executive Directorship
We understand that small businesses face all the usual people issues, from recruitment to diversity and compliance, but that the main priority is chasing the next sales or invoice rather than HR.
We offer different levels of support from pure transactional aspects like setting up and maintaining policies and procedures to tailored Outsourced HR and up to Non-Executive Directorship for advisory and strategic direction.
2. Collaborationsand Advertising
We can offer ad banner space for brands/companies that we have either worked with, admired or absolutely adore. We want the adverts to be an endorsement of products/ companies/sites we believe in, use and want to promote. We are open to collaborations with brands/companies/sites in the same spirit.
3. Project and ProgrammeManagement
Full project and programme management is available for Restructuring (both downsizing and growth), Mergers and Acquisitions/TUPE, Implementation of new technology, processes and systems, Transformation of HR Function and Shared Service design/implementations.
4. Guesting andArticles
We do not accept guest posts on The Alchemist About Town blogs as we prefer to have all content written in a particular style.
The Alchemist is however happy to collaborate and “guest” on interesting topics on other companies’ pages and/or to article writing on commission.
