ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – Countdown to Christmas Day 21

Hello there, and welcome back to the countdown to Christmas Day 21, Be Your Best Christmas Self.

“When we remember a special Christmas,

it is not the presents that made it special,

but the laughter, the feeling of love, and the togetherness of friends and family that made that Christmas special”.

– Catherine Pulsifer

However you spend this Christmas holiday, alone with friends or family ( your own or your chosen one), enjoy every moment; laugh, be merry and make sure you share your love with yourself and others. Yes, even if you are alone, watch your favourite movies, listen to your favourite songs, read your favourite books and prepare something nice and warm to eat. Treat yourself to the best you can, whatever it is that you can.

Self-care tip:

Laugh, laugh and then laugh some more. It is good for your body and your soul.

See you tomorrow x
