ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – Countdown to Christmas Day 4

Hello there, and welcome back to the countdown to Christmas Day 4, Be Your Best Christmas Self.

“Probably the reason we all go so haywire at Christmas time with the endless unrestrained and

often silly buying of gifts is that we don’t quite know how to put our love into words.” – Harlan Miller.

Unfortunately, this quote rings far too real. It is much easier to buy something for someone rather than remember to tell them how much we care all year round. If you are a love bomb all year round, congrats. If you aren’t, this is perhaps the time to re-evaluate and change things.

Self-care tip:

Send love to someone. This year when you send your Christmas cards, make them more heartfelt. For each one, stop for a few seconds to visualise the person you are writing to; put your hands on your heart and imagine sending them love ( appreciation, whatever feeling you have for that person). Then take more care when writing your message; make it personal. How do you want them to feel when they read it? Capture that feeling. You’ll feel better and closer to people by the end and you never know, they might get your thought transmission too ;-).

See you tomorrow x
