ThePeopleAlchemist Edit:  Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist – A life deeply lived

You should know by now about my love of reading. Books can be a font of knowledge as they can also become distant mentors. They can also help find you (read my previous post “Open A Book, Feed Your Mind And You Will Find … You” if you want to know more).

Additionally, reading can also provide an opportunity to transcend into a higher spiritual realm. Reading can both engage our spirituality and be a spiritual practice. It can help us to grow in love with humanity.

“The answers you seek never come when the mind is busy.

They come when the mind is still” – Lao Tzu

Reading, like other spiritual practices – fasting, meditation – can be directed toward your specific spiritual aim, that being getting closer to God/Source, closer to nature, fellow humans, or just being your Best Higher Self for a life deeply lived. This month I will try on this path and re-read some of my favourite books:

Try any of them, and you won’t be disappointed.

Happy reading and see you tomorrow x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.

Hi there, I hope you enjoyed this post. Please do provide me with feedback.

I want to hear ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. If you disagree with me or want to provide a different perspective, leave a comment. Tell me what’s on your mind.

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
