“A walk in the park really speaks to the heart,” said James Harmon. I so agree with this.

By now, you should be fully aware of my love of walking. The weekend (Sunday my favourite) is when I usually do most of my long walks around London, rain or sunshine.

I also love walking in nature, which in London means one of the Royal Parks.

“Walking is the great adventure, the first meditation,

a practice of heartiness and soul primary to humankind.

Walking is the exact balance spirit and humility” – Gary Snyder

My nearest and dearest is Regent’s Park.

Regent’s Park was named after the Prince Regent, who later became King George IV (1762-1830) and is one of London’s eight Royal Parks covering around 395 acres.

Besides having large open spaces, it also contains formal gardens (Queen Mary’s Gardens and The Avenue Gardens), children’s playgrounds, sports facilities and central London’s largest outdoor sports area. And if this wasn’t enough, an Open Air Theatre and London Zoo. Plus, it has a boating lake.

“To walk in nature is to witness a thousand miracles” – Mary Davis

Every step I take is filled with wonder and makes me feel a deep appreciation for life—another step toward my Best Self.

Happy Sunday and see you tomorrow x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
