ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – BECOME A CHEERLEADER

Hello there, and welcome back to the brand new month of May!

Last week ( and month), we talked about remembering we are humans BEING and not just humans DOING. And we talked about writing a to-be list and, crucially,  making the time for it.

A list to be. And savour your BE time. Part of this list was remembering we are not alone and that experiences are expanded and multiplied when shared. But unfortunately, not everyone has people around to share good or bad times. So, as part of your TO-BE list, why not be that someone for someone who is lonely or going through grief? Perhaps an elderly neighbour? You decide. Remind them that they are not alone.

BECOME A CHEERLEADER

The same can be said about having someone to cheer you on. Somebody who believes in you sees potential and greatness when you yet can’t.

So why not become a cheerleader for a young girl/another woman? There are so many hashtags around like #womensupportingwomen, #womeninspiringwomen, etc. I say do something practical, not for the hashtag or as a ‘virtual’ gesture, but to help. Do something practical. Cheerlead on. If a female you know starts a business, don’t just say congratulations. Buy one of their products. Or recommend their service/s if you can not use it/them yourself.

Although it is good to talk, sometimes you need less talk and more action.

See you tomorrow x
