ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist – Choose hope

Hello there, another end of a busy week.

Yesterday we talked about practising being happy, choosing to be happy daily. And choosing to focus on happiness instead of despairing, sadness or hate. I know that, especially right now, with what’s happening in the world, after Covid 19 and now with a new war in our backyard, it is difficult to “think happy”.

Yes, life does throw curveballs. And it is super easy to get absorbed and swallowed in the catastrophic headlines, whatever they might be. I’m not saying to ignore other human beings’ suffering. Of course not.

But instead of focusing on the negativity and despair, choose something you can do, right now. To improve the present and the future. And to change this world. Just remember every time there was a dark period in history, people managed to find the light and move forward. And we are no different, we still can find the light. Choose hope and build a better future, a better world, every day with your actions. You can.

Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness. Desmond Tutu

Never, never, ever give up hope.

See you Monday x
