Hello again!

yesterday we talked about loving and appreciating your body to be/feel fully magnetic.

Feeling comfortable in your skin is what being magnetic is truly all about! No matter how you feel about yourself, you can do something to feel more love and appreciation for yourself and your body.

Accepting your body will change your body because acceptance is love. Cherishing yourself, developing a practice means taking steps toward giving yourself love and care. You’ll eventually feel loved and cared for in all ways.




People treat you the way you treat yourself. Because of this, when it comes to relationships (any relationship), one of the most important questions you can ask is: “How do I want to be treated (by another person)?”
Once you know the answer to that question, you have a clear idea of how you should be treating yourself.

It’s simple.

Many expect people to treat them in a way that they don’t treat themselves. And sometimes this is why we desire to be in a relationship – we want someone to love us because we don’t feel loved! But the truth is if you feel unloved, you are not feeling love within! And that’s the fundamental issue.

People (family, friends, lovers, co-workers) will mirror back to you the way you treat yourself. It is why loving and accepting yourself is a necessary step you can take to attract wonderful relationships.

So “How do you want to be treated (at work, in a relationship etc.)?”
“Are you treating yourself this way?” Really treating yourself that way?

If you want your boss to see how amazing you are, honestly ask yourself: “Do I see how amazing I am?”
If you want a partner to recognise (and tell you) how beautiful you are, ask yourself: “Do I see how beautiful I am?”

Think about this because it will give you a roadmap of what you can personally work on right now.



Start by listing how you’re going to improve treating yourself and one way to put it into action.
Perhaps start by complimenting yourself.

One compliment in the morning and in the evening. It’s a start. For example, if I want to experience more love (from a partner and in life), then I might want to be physically loving and affectionate with my own body, and take extra effort to take care of myself.

And as you take action towards treating yourself the way you want to be treated, you will attract people who will treat you the same way. Whatever that is. And that is being truly magnetic.
