ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – Don’t hold grudges

Hello there, and welcome back.

We will end the week going a bit deeper on the topic of keeping score. How deeper? Holding grudges.

DON’T HOLD GRUDGES

As I said yesterday, keeping track of the people who fall short of your expectations doesn’t serve you and is not really resolving anything. You are only hurting yourself by living and re-living the moment ( or moments) over and over and over again. You just keep the bad experience around and carry a heavy load with you everywhere you go.

It certainly doesn’t affect the people involved either. They probably don’t even realise what’s happening and that you are upset.

LET IT GO AND BREATHE

Firstly, forgiveness is the best cure. Or at least the one that is most talked about it. But if you can’t quite bring yourself around to doing that, decide what the problem was, it is not your problem anymore. Let it go. Breathe. And move on.

Additionally,  your world reflects your inner thoughts and beliefs, so think about that for a minute. What inner beliefs do you need to change and work on? Look at the situation and people dispassionately and try to understand what is your current self-concept in this area. And then work on that. Change always starts from within. As within, so without.

And on that parting thought I wish you a lovely weekend and see you Monday x
