Hello everyone.

Welcome back!

To all my new subscribers, thank you for signing up! Now that you are part of my inner circle, I look forward to sharing even more tips, tricks, and advice, along with updates on my latest blogs, promotions, and so much more!

Aren’t you excited? I know I am!

With that being said, I would like to continue my discussion regarding my last blog – Throwing in the towel, which you can read here.

You see, in that blog, I briefly mentioned self-discipline, and while self-discipline equals self-love, it can be tiresome to continuously apply that level of discipline that you need to succeed.

However, there is a trick to make it easier and it is a simple one.

Repeat after me: Every day is a new chance.

Again: Every day is a new chance.

Great!

Now, what do I mean by this?

Your chance of yesterday is over, but you can choose today and tomorrow

From the moment you open your eyes in the morning, you are inundated with various choices make that will lead you towards your success.

Yes, from the small, almost no-brainer tasks like cleaning your teeth or brushing your hair, you have a choice to either do it or not. And while I’m not saying that you shouldn’t keep up with your oral hygiene, the sheer fact that you indirectly make a choice to do so means that you have the ability to choose and that you’ve chosen one action within your day that is for your benefit.

Therefore, by considering the benefit of every action in your day, whether it be cleaning your teeth, sending that friend that you miss a message, or even typing out an email that you’ve been putting off, simply ask yourself this: Will this specific action be of benefit to me, and how?

The little choices we make become habits, and habits form the foundation of self-discipline.

You can read more about starting new habits that stick here.

Remember that every day is a new chance to try to create beneficial, healthy habits that assist you in becoming the best version that you can be.

So, smash that ceiling by cultivating one beneficial habit at a time.

Until next time x
