Hello there, welcome back to Every Moment Counts Monday!

Last week we talked about happiness and acknowledging/building our joy in every way possible: counting our blessings, bookending the day with positive thoughts, and making ourselves happy by laughing.

Want to build it even more?

EVERY MOMENT COUNTS

Happiness can be found in each moment of the day, week, and so on. But you need to notice it first. No matter how small. And then record it somewhere: notebook, phone, whatever works for you.

Your puppy greets you when you go back home. Write it down. The lovely sunset. Write it down. Some stranger giving your their seat on the underground. Write it down. The light shimmers on a water puddle. Write it down. Do I need to go on? I think you get my gist here.

Happiness is happiness, micro or macro moments, they all count, and they all stack up. And the more you pay attention, the more you’ll realise how many opportunities you have to be happy. Each and every day. Isn’t that absolutely wonderful? And for all the cynics out there, common … join in, you know you want to 😉

See you tomorrow  x
