Moving from Self-acceptance to Self-appreciation is the next step toward your Best Self.
So far, we have talked about embracing imperfections and being authentic. And that’s what Self-appreciation is all about and more: seeing yourself, not for what you want to become, but for who you are. It is valuing yourself irrespectively of flaws and imperfections (perceived or real). With compassion and gratitude.
Whilst Self-acceptance is the key and doorway to true power, Self-appreciation brings true transformation and can change your life.
So with June, we start the journey into Self-appreciation, together (hey, I need it as you do).
CHANGE STARTS FROM WITHIN
Change starts from within doesn’t mean you need to change who you are to appreciate yourself. Nope. It means looking inside yourself. And consciously stop your bitchy alter ego, your critical inner self. Quite frankly, just tell her to shut up!

Because all the inner criticism is not helping you maximize your true value. Or becoming the best version of yourself, right?
