ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – It is cool to be kind

Hello again,

We have explored so far different ways to become your Best Human Self: donating blood, sharing your food, and vision with someone who needs it. Daily actions can have a great impact, more than you realise. You know, it is cool to be kind …

Yep, it is! And if it isn’t yet, it is about time that we make it so.

You don’t have to do incredible, big things. Just small acts of kindness that do not cost anything. They just require some conscious thought. Like calling your mum to just check how she is, or check on your elderly neighbour. Or help someone who needs it to cross the street. Give your seat on the bus to a pregnant lady or someone who is struggling to stand. If you need suggestions on what to do (really???), well, if you do, believe it or not, there is an app for this too – BeKind app which offers daily suggestions. You can even track your “kindness”, share it with others and form a community.

Ok, I didn’t mean to sound sarcastic with my “really?”; whatever helps you to be a better human and help others in the process too is a great thing.

Develop the kindness habit – it is cool to be kind.

Go on, you know you want to …

See you tomorrow x

I want to hear ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. If you disagree with me or want to provide a different perspective, leave a comment. Tell me what’s on your mind.

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
