ThePeopleAlchemist Edit:  Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

Hello there, Le Weekend is here, and it is time for some well-deserved rest, relaxation and reflection.

After two back to back challenges, no more thinking or doing. So you’re kind of free this weekend. I’m saying kind of because, really truly, you should still do the Monkey Mind/dump the c*** on a page exercise and meditate.

If you wish to re-read the exercise and go over the previous weeks, by all means, do. But do not force yourself. Instead, spend time resting, recharging your batteries, have fun. Or do nothing, up to you.

Enjoy the moment. Go for a walk.

If you happen to be in London and looking for some inspiration, check TimeOut for a pick of the best Free Art exhibitions or kick off Summer in style and indulge in some of London’s best food and drink at Taste of London @RegentParks Open Air Theatre – for the foodie and curious alike.

Whatever you do, choose you.

Le Weekend is here for me too, and I’ll defo take time for some R&R.

So I’ll see you on Monday, stay safe x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
