Hello there, Le Weekend is here, and it is time for some well-deserved rest, relaxation and reflection.
After two back to back challenges, no more thinking or doing. So you’re kind of free this weekend. I’m saying kind of because, really truly, you should still do the Monkey Mind/dump the c*** on a page exercise and meditate.
REST AND RELAXATION
If you wish to re-read the exercise and go over the previous weeks, by all means, do. But do not force yourself. Instead, spend time resting, recharging your batteries, have fun. Or do nothing, up to you.
Enjoy the moment. Go for a walk.
