Today we are invited to see ourselves as we really are: precious and worthy of all things and wonderful the Universe has available for us.

Like Macrina Wiederkehr (a Benedectine nun from Arkansas) said:

“You are incredibly precious! In the sacred moments offered to you each day, robe yourself with that truth. Linger with it in each new moment given to you and consider how you might bless those you encounter simply because of the truth of who you are. Hold on to your ephemeral staff and memorise these words: I am incredibly precious”.

Believe the truth about yourself, no matter how good it sounds. It is true. You are precious. You are amazing.
