Lesson 323 To A Miraculous Life: I gladly make the “sacrifice” of the year.

“Sacrifice” all stress, anxiety, all fear and sadness because you can, and just lighten up is the gist of today’s lesson. And I will certainly practice this one today and gladly make the “sacrifice” of the year.

Isn’t it better than all the crap we fill our heads with normally?
