Lesson 330 To A Miraculous Life: I will not hurt myself again today.

Pam Grout says today’s lesson is a no-brainer, and I agree: why hurt ourselves? Why choose images of pain instead of joy? Why choose not to focus on infinite possibilities and love?

I can’t think of one single reason. Can you? Somehow I don’t think so.
