Every time you learn something new. Celebrate. When your hair looks good in the morning. Celebrate like you won the lottery.
Celebrate every single success along the way of your bigger goals. Small and big. Pile them up. From every area of your life. In a never-ending cycle of reinforcement. And this is a booster for accepting what you can do.
