Hello again!

Thanks for all the DMs yesterday on Twitter and Instagram about my post. You are welcome!

And yes, I really do have a bejewelled crown that sits nicely on my dresser. It is there, so I choose myself and remind myself to tackle each day as the Queen that I am. A visual reminder. And you can too. Use whatever prop helps you – a Crown works for me nicely 😉 !!!

Remember: you do not believe the self-talk and small steps you are practising. You have to do it. Each day it will become easier. And as time goes by, your reality will start to reflect your practice, and then you’ll believe it.

Practice. Discipline. They’ll take you where you want to go.  It is a commitment to yourself.

However, whilst practising your new self-concept and the little things you can of your dream life, don’t forget to live your life, the one you have right now, to the fullest. With passion. Don’t let time pass you by and miss all those little moments that can give you joy, happiness and fun right now. Don’t wait for tomorrow; don’t wait for when you’ll be thin, fit, in a couple, rich ( whatever) to enjoy life. Life is happening right here and right now. Live every day as your last on this Earth: squeeze every bit of juice out of it.

So straighten your crown and live your life with passion.
