Happy Saturday and the beginning of a long Bank Holiday Weekend here in the UK.

After a long month talking about how self-acceptance, it’s time to put that into action, treating my body with kindness: I have a  commitment to myself, first and foremost, to love myself. And so this weekend it’s time for me to refuel, recharge, and have fun, just because.

“A healthy self love means we have no compulsion to justify to ourselves or others why we take vacations, why we sleep late, why we buy new shoes, why we spoil ourselves from time to time. We feel comfortable doing things which add quality and beauty to life” – Andrew Matthews

“It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself,

and make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary” – Mandy Hale

And so I am doing just that. Taking time to whatever comes to mind, whatever I fancy when I fancy it.

Happy Bank Holiday Weekend, and see you next Tuesday x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
