ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist – No More Good Girl

Hello again.

How did it go yesterday? Did you manage to compliment yourself some more? And in front of the mirror? Perhaps it was a bit uncomfortable, right? Well, you need to push through it. No other way of saying it, I’m afraid.

To become and feel fully magnetic (and magnetise others to you), you need to look at yourself as someone who deserves everything you want. Someone who deserves, quite rightly, to magnetise people.

It is not arrogance or being delusional. It is seeing yourself as worthy because YOU ARE—no questions about it.

NO MORE “GOOD GIRL”

No more demure! Or nice! But bold, assertive, confident ( insert here all other qualities you want to possess and be seen).

Compliment yourself ( yes, some more), recognise your achievements and treat yourself like the amazing woman you are.

Today, practice some shameless self-promotion. Talk about all the things you are doing great, your great qualities ( including pointing them out to others, no false modesty here). For too long we as women have played small. Many times because of battling the inner critic. Other times because of fear of being judged, being seen as arrogant. Or Bitchy. Whatever.

If you want to be a fully embodied woman who is totally magnetic you (and I) really need to let go of all this BS.

Well behaved women seldom make history – Eleanor Roosevelt

No more good girl then …

See you tomorrow x
