It’s Day 6 of 7 Day challenge, challenge almost over (I bet you’d be so sad is finishing if you were allowed [to be sad] 😉 ).
It’s the last stretch in training your mind in dealing with negative thoughts and creating new neuropathways (fancy word, I know).
Remember the purpose of this challenge: moving from Self-acceptance to Self-appreciation – valuing you as you are, right now, irrespectively of achievements.
We are training your mind (and mine) to stop negative thoughts that do not serve you. But this requires practice. And Self-discipline.
SELF-DISCIPLINE
I’ve said it before, and I’ll repeat it: Self-discipline is not a punishment. It is choosing to think, say and do what is in your best interest, rather than detrimental. Self-discipline is an act of Self-love – it’s choosing You. On Day 6 of 7 Day challenge, choose You.

In this concise book (22 pages), Emmet Fox’s challenge to the reader is to immediately deflect every single negative thought that enters one’s consciousness for seven days continuously and so to change their life.
It is easy to read but very impactful and ever so appropriate for today’s discussion. Happy reading.
