ThePeopleAlchemist Edit:  Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

Hello there, and welcome back; today, we are moving from committing to your immersion mindset to letting the immersion into your new Self come to you – practice makes perfect.

But what do I mean by that?

All the work that you have done needs to be internalised until it becomes second nature. And this is achieved by re-enforcement and repetition.

R-E-E-N-F-O-R-C-E-M-E-N-T .

And lots of it.

“Repetition is the mother of skill” – Tony Robbins

Think about it: if you want to grow muscles, you don’t go to the gym one day and then expect your fully fledge muscles to be there the next day. It will take you a tad longer than that.

Ditto with your new Self-image/concept and your new life story. But it will if you say it, repeat it and affirm it. Over and over and over and over …

Until it becomes you and you become IT. Practice makes perfect.

And slowly but surely, your new Self-image will appear. And so your new results.

So you might want to affirm your story out loud more than twice a day, just saying 😉 .

See you tomorrow x

“Psycho-Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz.

Psycho-Cybernetics is a terminology originally coined by Dr Maxwell Maltz in the 1960s, further explained in this bestselling book. Here, Maltz explains that our self-image controls our ability or inability to achieve any goal.

In this book, you can find techniques for improving and managing self-image visualization, mental rehearsal and relaxation – a prescription for thinking and actions leading to quantifiable results—one of my 4 books of the month.

Available on Amazon.

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
