ThePeopleAlchemist Edit:  Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

It is ok to rest and be thankful. To take time for yourself. Your Best Self needs time to recharge.

“Life is all about balance. You don’t always need to be getting stuff done.

Sometimes it is perfectly ok, and absolutely necessary , to shut down, kick back, do nothing” – Lori Deschene

Rest and be thankful

Life is all about balance. Action – Rest – Repeat. Even Wonder Woman takes time off from saving the world from time to time. And so should you.

Read a book. Sleep. Eat. Make love. Be merry. Go for a walk. Dance. Sing. Have a massage. Do whatever you fancy. Just rest your mind (and your body). Rest and be thankful.

“Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you tpo serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel” – Eleanor Brownn

Remember that, if you should feel remotely guilty.

Happy Saturday and see you tomorrow x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.

Hi there, I hope you enjoyed this post. Please do provide me with feedback.

I want to hear ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. If you disagree with me or want to provide a different perspective, leave a comment. Tell me what’s on your mind.

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
