Hello there, it’s the weekend again, time to rest, relax and refine all the hard work done this week.
You have done quite a lot of writing, firstly describing the paradigms/the limiting beliefs that are currently controlling your life:
And then you described what you want to see in your life instead and defined your new Self-image and life story: your body/health, your prosperous life, fantastic career and family life and your lover.
REST RELAX AND REFINE
Now it is time to rest and relax. Have fun this weekend.
And when you are relaxed and recharged review what you’ve written so far. Re-read it. Refine it.
Is that what you really want your life to be? Is that how you want to show up? Or were you modest because you don’t how you could possibly achieve it?
If you were then this is the time to put aside your (false) modesty and start dreaming. You only have one life. And you don’t want an OK life, do you?
Dare to dream, you deserve it.
