ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: Stop It – Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist
Hello everyone and welcome back.
Were you shocked by the title of this blog post?
Or did you, deep down, know exactly what you should stop?
Following our blog post on self-reflection, the festive season, and general celebration.
It is easy to get caught up in any of these moments.
I call them moments, as we should be able to continue with our preparations and our lives while still being able to engage, celebrate, and reflect.
If you’re spending any more time than you should, then this is a demand from me.
It’s all in your head
We are prone to dwell on the past, on the words of someone, on the experiences that occur in our lives – that is human nature.
However, if we don’t learn to manage our own thoughts, and adequately prepare ourselves for the present and future, we won’t end up getting anywhere.
That ceiling will not smash itself!
So, take a moment to think – are the worries, issues or problems that you’re currently experiencing just an exaggeration of an instance that has a simple solution?
I’m in no way saying that your problems aren’t real, no. We all have problems in our lives. However, sometimes, the best way forward is to push through.
There is a lot more to this topic, and as you know, I wrote a book on this very subject.
And while my new book, Gabrielle, is currently being sold, you can still purchase my previous book, ‘Stop It! It Is All In Your Head.’
All you have to do is click here to order.
As we move closer to Christmas, our problems seem to magnify, and this book is the perfect reminder to help pull you out of your head and into the present.
My wish is that you have a great festive season, and I do hope that this helps you in some small way.
All the best x
