ThePeopleAlchemist Edit:  Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

After a week of intense mind, higher self-work, a day of rest – perfect for a walk by the river and be like a river. Even better after a day of social media detox.

Sunday is a great day for long walks; as you know, I am a fan. And I love being by the water. Walking along the Thames is perfect: close enough to water and beautiful views, like the London Eye.

“No man ever steps in the same river twice,

for it’s not the same river and it’s not the same man” – Heraclitus

Being by the water feels like freedom to me. And a great metaphor for life. WIth some twists and some turns, some of which might feel like a detour. But really, all they are is an opportunity to encounter something new. Somebody you wouldn’t have met.

Sometimes life pushes you along gently. Sometimes not so gently. All part of life. And you can’t even walk on water – but you need to get out of the boat and out of safety.

So be open, flow like a river and see where life takes you.

Rumbling finished, have a happy Sunday.

See you tomorrow x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
