As we continue to live in a period of uncertainty and lockdown, I love using my time outside for walking – especially on Sundays.
Walking has great benefits for the body, mind and soul.
I’m not much into exercise, but I find that a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day is enough to keep me fit and mentally sane. I’m always in a better mood after a walk. And this, in turn, boosts my energy levels and mental clarity. PLUS, I get to walk around a beautiful city, London, where every street has hidden treasures whilst I can listen to motivational talks or meditate.
I cannot think of a better way to spend time – and being my Best Self.
