Every day and every week, you can start afresh and shift your life dramatically. For the better. For your New Best Self. We have talked so far about practising good thoughts, appreciation and good deeds.
And today is the turn of gratitude. Say ” thank you” in any possible way you can think of.

There are many ways you can do this:
- Write a list of all the people and events you want to give thanks for.
- Every time someone does something for you, say thank you
- When you eat your food today, say thank you
- Look back at past events and write a list of all the things and people you are grateful for.
Look for every opportunity to say ” thank you” and say it with feeling. So much so that people can’t help but smile.
Thank your way through Thursday and make ” thank you” your predominant thought, feeling and words for the day.
