ThePeopleAlchemist Edit:  Be your best self – #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within -Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist

Every day and every week, you can start afresh and shift your life dramatically. For the better. For your New Best Self. We have talked so far about practising good thoughts, appreciation and good deeds.

And today is the turn of gratitude. Say ” thank you” in any possible way you can think of.

“The single greatest thing you can do to change your life today

would be to start being grateful for what you have right now” – Oprah

There are many ways you can do this:

  • Write a list of all the people and events you want to give thanks for.
  • Every time someone does something for you, say thank you
  • When you eat your food today, say thank you
  • Look back at past events and write a list of all the things and people you are grateful for.

Look for every opportunity to say ” thank you” and say it with feeling. So much so that people can’t help but smile.

Thank your way through Thursday and make ” thank you” your predominant thought, feeling and words for the day.

Have a thankful Thursday and see you tomorrow x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.

Hi there, I hope you enjoyed this post. Please do provide me with feedback.

I want to hear ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. If you disagree with me or want to provide a different perspective, leave a comment. Tell me what’s on your mind.

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
