ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – The only thing you ever need to do

Hello there, and welcome back!

Have you been wearing your crown? I am referring to my rampage in yesterday’s blog. I hope you listen because I really believe what I said.

Hey, do you want to know a secret? I actually possess a bejewelled crown which sits nicely on my dresser so I can remind myself, every morning and every evening, to tackle each day as the Queen that I am. And you can too.

I can understand you might not believe it right now, and that’s why I’m going to tell you the only thing you ever need to do to improve your life, whichever part of your life and self-concept you need and want.

Self-talk. Positive self-talk, to start with.

You don’t have to believe it. You just have to say, speak into existence who you want to become. Say it, not until you believe it. Say it until you become it.

And then, the next thing ( ok, two things you’ll ever need then), you are going to stop saying anything bad about yourself. E-V-E-R. About anything. It stops right now.

You are struggling with N-O-T-H-I-N-G! Because you have the answer inside of you, you just need to allow it to come out. And it won’t if you keep saying you are struggling ( or you are fat, or old, or whatever).

So straighten your crown and start telling yourself how amazing you are.

And on that note, I’ll see you tomorrow x

Hi there, I hope you enjoyed this post. Please do provide me with feedback.

I want to hear ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’. If you disagree with me or want to provide a different perspective, leave a comment. Tell me what’s on your mind.

Do remember though to be respectful and kind – we can agree to disagree, no need to be nasty. Thank you.
