ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist
Hello again,
And welcome back to this month’s celebration of being a fully embodied woman, today talking about The Sacred Feminine.
Are you a Fully-Embodied, Feminine Woman? Yes. I thought so. So am I. And I’d like to explore what does this mean entirely.
In today’s competitive world of work, the pressure to micromanage femininity can leave us physically, emotionally, and spiritually drained.
Many women struggle to balance feminine and masculine essence in a world biased toward masculine qualities and pursuits. It’s work that challenges how we think about pleasure, joy, and success. And it questions whether power must always look like masculinity. But femininity and masculinity are qualities that exist together in us and everything.
The feminine energy is nurturing, soft, grounded with solid boundaries. Trusting her intuition. On the other hand, the masculine energy is present, logical, and focused with a deep desire to protect and build.
For women, embracing Feminine energy is about fully realising her divine essence, standing in all her power. And creating a more harmonious world. Mind we are not operating just from our feminine energy. But we need to understand our full range of power and cultivate that energy when needed.
Many women feel pressure to be and talk and act Masculine to succeed in their careers and in a world that rewards masculine qualities. But that doesn’t mean they can’t embrace and find power in their feminine ones. Of course, women can and should connect with their inner Masculine. Everyone—all genders—can find balance with both.
The Sacred Feminine
There is an incredible force inside every woman – The Sacred Feminine. It is our connection to the mother goddess; this internal power gives us life and calls us to her. It is the sheer essence of femininity.
The Sacred Feminine is linked to the gift of life and the concept of life-giving in harmony with the rest of creation.
It represents the energy of creation in its purest state – a powerful and intuitive internal force. The Sacred Masculine (often associated with strength, action, destruction, and rationality) and the Sacred Feminine are two parts living in harmony and completing each other – two poles, with equal and opposite power.
Connecting with one’s feminine power is to embrace being a woman fully, to be able to create, to feel, to hear, to breathe, to live and vibrate with this immense beauty.
Being aware of this power allows you to also grow as a physical and spiritual being, accepting your divine and eternal essence as a goddess.
See you tomorrow x
