Time For Some Time Off – Be Your Best Self – A Daily Practice To Silence Your Inner Critic

ThePeopleAlchemist Edit: #SmashYourCeiling, change starts from within – Business & Lifestyle Experimentation for #TheWomanAlchemist  – Time off

Hello again,

And welcome, July. Yesterday I said how July makes me think about holidays. Better still, taking one. And so, true to my word, that’s what I am going to do: take time off.

As an entrepreneur/business owner, I have suffered in the past from anxiety when it came to taking time off. But now, I am more relaxed and prepared. So, as I am getting ready to launch another instalment in the adventures of Gabrielle, AKA a new book, I will be taking a break from writing this weekly Be Your Best Sefl blog. I will be chilling instead, focusing on the book, enjoying the launch with my family and friends, and having a good old fashion time. Wimbledon is also on, so add some tennis and Pimms to make it a perfect summer break.

What about you? Are you taking any holiday soon? Or are you enjoying one right now and reading this blog from your sun lounge? Please do share ( pictures too) and let me know your recommendations of places to go, see and things to do. I love travelling, and I am always open to some inspiration.

Incidentally, the new book is coming out on 12 July but is available on pre-order now. You can find it on Amazon, Kobo and get it directly from me.

Yes, that was some shameless self-promotion. Hey-ho.

See you in two weeks x
