The Woman Code is the key to hacking your superpower and being your Best Self. But what is The Woman Code exactly?
We have been talking about self-acceptance and body positivity, and health being the centre of life, playing a critical role in all areas of our lives. For women, health also means hormonal health.
HORMONES, HORMONES AND MORE HORMONES
The body requires a balance between mental, spiritual or emotional layers in equal measure, and for a woman, it also requires balanced hormones (yes, I’m going there).
With good physical health, the body performs well. With good hormonal balance, even better. We know that hormonal challenges prevent women from looking and feeling their best. Hormonal fluctuations affect womens’ workouts, mood, energy and ability to achieve goals.
Hormonal imbalances zap energy, moods, and ability to enjoy life besides all the real health concern they bring. The body speaks a language that we can learn to interpret to heal and take back our woman power.
A WOMAN CODE
As women, we must learn how the inside determines the outside and optimise fertility, hormonal well-being and sex drive. This means dealing with the endocrine system to help balance hormones together with diet and lifestyle changes. Balance your hormones means taking health into your hands and work in concert with your body.
THE WOMAN CODE PROTOCOL
And here comes the Woman Code, a pro-active practice to care for, restore and maintain hormonal balance by addressing underlying reasons for hormonal imbalances and focusing on medicinal foods and lifestyle changes to bring endocrinal systems back to optimal functioning.
The protocol ( you can find it in the WomanCode book by Alisa Vitti) has five steps:
- stabilise blood sugar
- nurture adrenals
- support organs of elimination
- syncing with your cycle
- healing through feminine energy.
All so you can fix your period, or deal with perimenopause/menopause, get pregnant and supercharge your sex drive (and life).
The Woman Code, the key to hacking your superpower, is a super useful tool to being your Best Self. I think this is great.
However, you must take responsibility and ownership for your own health and do your own research. ALWAYS do your own research when it comes to health ( or anything for that matter). And do not accept answers that do not work for you; it doesn’t matter if the answer comes from an eminent doctor.
