Growing your Self-appreciation requires building it into your morning routine and your evening routine alike.
By continuously choosing to think, say and do what is in your best interest, morning and evening, you move toward making Self-appreciation a habit. Part of your lifestyle. Especially if you find something that you can stick to in the long term. 66 days going into 90.
YOUR EVENING ROUTINE
A regular evening routine compounds the learning from the morning routine via associative learning first. Then via automation. If routine sounds dull, call it “ritual”, far fancier with an allure of its own. Additionally, it helps sleep better.
Doing something that boosts your Self-appreciation in the evening, just before you go to bed, makes it easier to sink into the subconscious mind. So it is crucial not to check the news. Or social media and so on. There’s normally no good news in the news.
And like there’s no one-size-fit-all-morning-routine, there isn’t a one-size-fit-all-evening-routine either. You have to find out what it is – FOR you.

I like this video because she made his routine her own, adapting it to what works for her.
The important thing here’s to do things – daily – that increase and build automated subconscious Self-appreciation.
