Hello there, another day working on your Best Self – congratulations!

Today we are going to get a bit serious about health. Being Your  Best Healthy Self.
Remember, your health is your wealth.

Women health needs to be front and center – it often isn’t, but it needs to be – Cynthia Nixon

In many societies, women’s health is of particular concern because they are disadvantaged by deep-rooted discrimination, which prevents women (more than men) from benefiting from quality health services and attaining the best possible level of health.

Unbelievably 810 women still die every day from preventable causes due to childbirth. And an average of 311,000 women die due to cervical cancer, Shocking!

However, we can take some ownership.

For example, when is the last time you had a check-up? Or a smear test? Mammogram?

I thought so …

Women in particular need to keep an eye on their pyshical and mental health, because if we’re scurrying to and from appointments and errands, we don’t have a lot of time to take care of ourselves. We need to do a better job of putting ourselves higher on our “to-do” list – Michelle Obama

Look after yourself. Put your self on your “to-do” list, and do not cross yourself off is something else comes about.

I’ll check on you tomorrow x

Change starts from within; that’s why training your consciousness should be your Priority Numero 1 – a daily practice to silence your inner critic.
